Invisalign® Clear Aligners

Invisalign® is clear aligner treatment option for orthodontic patients of all ages. This provides many of our patients with a clear, aesthetic, hygienic and comfortable alternative to traditional braces.

Invisalign® treatment uses a series of custom made, clear, removable aligners. Each aligner is specifically made to gradually move your teeth into position. Invisalign aligners are customised by your Orthodontist and can treat a range of crowding, spacing and bite issues from minor correction of your front teeth only to complex bite problems. Fewer orthodontic adjustments and shorter treatment times may result if you comply well with your treatment.

You are required to wear these aligners for 22 hours a day and remove them when eating or drinking anything other than water. Your compliance is important to ensure that your aligner treatment tracks well!

Dr. Maree will make recommendations on how frequently to change your aligners, however, usually this is once a week.
