LIVE LIKE HER – September Challenge

This September, Dr Amesha is taking part in the LIVE LIKE HER challenge — an eye-opening experience to raise awareness and funds for women over 55 who are experiencing homelessness.

It’s a heartbreaking reality that women in this age group are one of the fastest-growing groups facing homelessness in Australia. Many are left without safe housing due to factors like relationship breakdown, loss of income, or unexpected life events.

She will be stepping into their shoes — living with less, and shining a light on the challenges they face every day — so we can spark change and create hope.
